By accessing or using ExactSquares ("the Service"), operated by Sodano Shoes LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ExactSquares provides satellite-powered roof measurement estimates, material cost calculations, and proposal generation tools for roofing professionals. Measurements are derived from Google Solar API data and are estimates only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional on-site measurements.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $40.00 per month. New accounts include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, your payment method will be automatically charged monthly unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Roof measurements provided by ExactSquares are estimates based on satellite imagery and algorithmic analysis. While we strive for accuracy, measurements may vary from actual on-site measurements. ExactSquares is not liable for any discrepancies between estimated and actual measurements. Users should verify measurements before making purchasing or contracting decisions.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code; (c) share your account credentials with third parties; (d) use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use; (e) resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without authorization.
All content, design, and technology of ExactSquares are owned by Sodano Shoes LLC. Roof measurement reports and proposals generated through the Service may be used freely by subscribers for their business purposes.
ExactSquares and Sodano Shoes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
