When you generate a shareable measurement link, the measurement data (address, roof statistics, satellite image, and your company contact information) becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You control when to generate and share these links.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
